I was born and raised in the southern suburbs of Chicago. I started my Real Estate career in 2002 and enjoyed helping people buy and sell their homes for many years. I moved over to new construction and worked for KB Homes and later Richmond American Homes. I had been coming to Branson for vacations since the early 80’s and fell in love with the area so when I took a break to raise my children, we ended up moving down here 6 years ago. Now that my children are grown I can continue my passion for helping people with Real Estate and my new passion…. Vacation Rentals!

Kelly has been investing in and managing her own vacation rentals since 2008. She has remodeled homes and condos, set up vacation rentals from scratch, and has built new construction vacation rentals. She has a passion for helping people increase their wealth through real estate investing. In 2017 Kelly became a real estate agent so that she could begin training investors as well as investor agents on their own journey to creating their legacy.

I was born and raised here in Branson, MO. I am a 4th generation Ozark native. I love the diversity of the lakes, the many hiking trails, golf courses and the serene setting of the Ozarks. My wife Jill and I have been married many years and have 3 kids together, Victoria, Connor and Lucas, and recently were blessed with our first grandchild! We love sports, outdoors, and traveling to beautiful sandy beaches.

I am highly involved with Scouts BSA as a Den Leader with Pack 290 in Hollister, MO as well as the Assistant Scoutmaster with Troop 2001. I am also a merit badge counselor for the Blazing Trails District. I have a lot of fun helping my scouts learn more about the outdoors including camping, hiking, fishing, swimming and helping them earn their merit badges

I am also a Support Director Consultant of BNI (Business Network International) which is a networking group of professionals that meet on a weekly basis, helping other professionals grow their business through networking. With this knowledge and experience I either know or have the capability of finding any resource you need either here locally or globally. Since living here my whole life, I have a lot of resources from plumbers, HVAC technicians, vacation planner, farm fresh eggs, the good fishing holes(only if I can join you), and homemade coffee cups.

My experience in real estate sales include building long term buyer and seller relationships including families, long term investors, condos, nightly rentals, lake properties and vacant land so you can build the perfect home.  Prior to working in real estate I was a fine dining waiter and trainer. My adaptability with the changing times of the highs and lows of the real estate market as well as the consistency and positivity I embrace while working hard for you on a daily basis.

Real Estate agent Todd Bradshaw brings excitement and passion for the community and seeing his clients find the right space for their Branson Missouri dreams. 

Todd Bradshaw grew up in Maryville, MO, and is a locally and nationally recognized performer in several shows in Branson.  Todd was a featured male vocalist for the Branson Famous Baldknobbers.  He currently fills in very frequently at Legends in concert as their Kenny Chesney tribute artist!

A sixth-generation native to Stone and Taney County, Theresa was born and raised in the heart of the Branson area. She has raised four beautiful children and when not working, spends her free time with her 18 grandchildren! Eight of her grands were adopted from foster care and she has a fiery passion to help families and children by working closely with the local organization, Fostering Hope.

Rhonda & Dan Fortin moved to Branson in 2014 and immediately fell in love with the beauty of life in the Ozarks! Coastal Carolinas
